Maurer T et al. – The authors report the first case of a female patient with a Wilms tumor, diagnosed during pregnancy, who underwent radical nephrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy before and after delivering a healthy child. Generally, treatment should follow the guidelines established for the pediatric setting.
