Expression of the Endothelin Axis in Noninvasive and Superficially Invasive Bladder Cancer: Relation to Clinicopathologic and Molecular Prognostic Parameters
European Urology, 10/16/09
Eltze E et al. – Endothelin 1 (ET–1) expression is strongly associated with stage, grade, unifocal growth, and low proliferation status of tumours. Lack of ET–1 expression seems to be an independent negative prognostic factor for overall survival probability.
