Bochner BH et al. – Ureteroileocecal appendicostomy is a safe, effective technique for continent cutaneous urinary diversion in heavily irradiated patients. Complication rates did not significantly differ between irradiated and nonirradiated patients, and appear improved compared to those in previous reports.
