Tollefson MK et al. – Surgical resection of RCC in transplant patients is associated with a low rate of progression, despite optimal immunosuppression. The authors recommend surgical resection of low–risk, organ–confined RCC without reduction in immunosuppression in patients with solid organ transplants.
