Nirmal TJ et al. – This study manages to highlight the lack of standardization with regard to kidney drainage and the precise indication for tubeless PCNL. The totally tubeless procedure appears to be safe only in a highly select group of patients and results in a significant decrease in hospital stay. However, this study fails to solve the dilemma concerning its real indication and benefit.
