Polo JM et al. – Simultaneous kidney–pancreas transplantation with bladder drainage is associated with a high frequency of urological complications. Appropriate treatment can resolve most complications. Both enteric and bladder drainage seemed to be safe and effective alternatives to manage pancreatic exocrine secretions.
