Marickar YMF et al. – Scoparia dulcis Lynn exhibited maximum protector effect against the changes of calculogenisation. Musa sapiens and dolicos biflorus had only minimal effect in preventing crystal deposition, inflammatory cell infiltration and other changes of calculogenisation. SEM was found to be effective in assessing the effect of drugs on crystal growth morphology and tissue histology.
