Karacalar S et al. – In patients undergoing PNL, spinal–epidural anesthesia and analgesia gave greater patient satisfaction, shorter times for PACU and home readiness, and less postoperative pain. Spinal–epidural anesthesia is an attractive alternative to general anesthesia in these patients.
