Naraynsingh V et al. – The report a case who presented late with deformity and pain. Simple repair at that stage provided a good result in this patient; hence it may be possible to repair fracture penis at a later stage without degloving the penis. Additionally, this case presentation may probably explain the pathogenesis of the "rolling sign," described by us earlier.

Even when a patient presents late, good results may be achieved by surgical repair of the torn corpus cavernosum.At this stage,the site of fracture is likely to be very obvious.Simple repair by incising directly at the site, under local anaesthesia,can cure the condition by relieving pain and correcting deformity.
