Cystic Dysplasia of the Rete Testis: A Case of Spontaneous Regression and Review of Published Reports
Urology, 08/17/09
Jeyaratnam R et al. – Cystic dysplasia of the rete testis (CDT) is a rare benign testicular tumor. The authors present the second case of spontaneous regression in a 9–year–old boy and summarize the findings of 48 cases in published reports. At present, there is no clear consensus on treatment. The conservative approach of "watch and wait" may be supported by this case of spontaneous regression.
