Petyim S et al. – Sperm preparation using double gradient percoll provided a high percentage of motile sperm recovery rate and total sperm recovery rate. It also dramatically improved progressive sperm motility in normozoospermia, oligozoospermia, astenozoospermia and oligo–astenozoospermia.
