Beiko D et al. - The first case of totally tubeless outpatient percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is reported. The patient was discharged home safely less than 4 hours following uncomplicated PCNL with no nephrostomy tube, ureteral stent, or urethral catheter.
