Nemati E et al. - A 59-year-old woman developed vaginal tuberculosis one year after receiving a kidney transplant from a living donor. Her complaints included abdominal pain, fever, and weight loss. This case report may be the first reported FGTB in a post-menopausal kidney allograft recipient, who was successfully treated with a 6-month anti-TB quadruple drug therapy.
