Claerhout F et al. - Laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy for vault prolapse results in good medium-term anatomic and subjective cure rates and is associated with low peri- and postoperative complication rates. At mean follow-up of 12.5 mo, failures were mainly confined to the posterior compartment.
