Narang V et al. - Authors report an unusual case of bilateral adrenal mass diagnosed as histoplasmosis postoperatively and managed successfully by laparoscopy. Focus is placed on the role of laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool in such patients.
