Papalia R et al. - Both approaches proved to be safe and minimally invasive. Authors believe that the shorter operative time of AT procedures was related to the better visibility of familiar anatomic landmarks, easier access to the vessels and a larger operative field. For these reasons, they prefer the AT approach in the management of large adrenal masses.
