Schimpf MO et al. - A 75-year-old woman with a persistent ureteral stricture opted for robot-assisted surgery for definitive management. To optimize the repair with least tension, creation of a Boari flap was chosen intraoperatively. Surgery and recovery were uncomplicated. Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery can be safely used for Boari flap ureteral reimplantation.
