Guttman C - Hypoandrogenism is common among men with nonobstructive azoospermia, oligospermia, and even those with normospermia. The incidence of hypoandrogenism among men with obstructive azoospermia was 16.7%, similar to that reported in the general population. Using the obstructive azoospermia group as a negative control, statistical analyses showed each of the nonobstructive infertile study groups had a significantly higher incidence of hypoandrogenism.
