Dwivedi DK et al. – The authors report the first case in the cohort of men with positive magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) but negative initial biopsy who, 6 years after the initial MRSI, were detected to have prostate cancer despite a "normal" prostate specific antigen.
