Alsinnawi M et al. – The majority of incidental prostate cancer in cystoprostatectomy specimens are organ confined and do not influence oncological outcome. The prognosis of such patients is primarily determined by bladder cancer. The findings support previous reports and autopsy studies elsewhere.
