Prediction of Renal Function After Living Donor Kidney Transplantation
Transplantation Proceedings, 03/11/2010
Alvarez S et al. – There is no reliable method to predict the ideal expected function after a kidney transplantation. Herein the authors have described the experience in the living donor kidney transplant setting, comparing donor and recipient renal function (body surface area adjusted) before the LDKT, and during six months after this procedure. They determined the expected relation between donor and recipient renal function as well as its evolution over time.
