Percutaneous retrieval of coiled double-J stent from renal pelvis after Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty: Report of two cases
Journal of Pediatric Urology, 05/16/2012
Lal A et al. – Retrieval of upwardly migrated stents through ureteroscopy may be challenging in the pediatric population, especially in postoperative cases. The authors report two pediatric cases of post Anderson–Hynes pyeloplasty in whom the double–J stents were found coiled up in the renal pelvis and were retrieved successfully through percutaneous nephrostomy using semirigid bronchoscopic forceps.
