Nickel JC et al. – Dutasteride and finasteride, when administered for 12 months, were similarly effective in reducing prostate volume and improving maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) and urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with an enlarged prostate.
