Ridgway EB et al. – Lower eyelid complications can be seen with all three incisional approaches to facial fracture repair. Based on their findings, the authors favor the subtarsal approach for zygomaticomaxillary fractures and the transconjunctival incision for isolated orbital floor fractures.
