Lazar HL et al. – The authors report the case of a patient who presented with sudden onset of paraplegia following an acute ascending aortic dissection extending to the arch, descending, and abdominal aorta. The paraplegia was fully reversed following an emergent replacement of the ascending aorta and hemi–arch repair.
