Aslam MI et al. – The authors describe a 43–year–old patient with chest wall pain and latissimus dorsi muscle contractions after video–assisted thoracoscopic lung volume reduction. His symptoms remained refractory to benzodiazepines, nerve blockage, and botulinum toxin injection due to either poor compliance or lack of response to therapy. These symptoms started to resolve spontaneously 18 months after the procedure.
