Brokelman W et al. – Both conventional and laparoscopic surgery inflict a decrease in tPA antigen and its specific activity. Peritoneal hypofibrinolysis initiates more rapidly during conventional, compared to laparoscopic, surgery, but at the conclusion of the surgery, the effect was the same.
