Peri-operative lumbar epidural bleeding controlled by dural tube reflation

Choksey MS – Peri–operative lumbar epidural venous bleeding may be troublesome and very difficult to control, particularly after a dural tear, when the dura becomes slack. The author presents his experience where reflation of the dural tube provided immediate control of epidural bleeding.
