Chuang SS et al. – PINKTL in Taiwan is predominantly not enteropathic with a high frequency of perforation, small to medium tumor cell size and cytotoxic phenotype. Primary intestinal NK–cell lymphoma carries a very poor prognosis, and is probably a distinct entity.
