Khan MP et al. – In the surgical setting of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, granisetron–droperidol and granisetron–dexamethasone effectively reduces the incidence and severity of PONV during the first 24 hrs postoperatively. Droperidol–dexamethasone is not as effective as the above mentioned combinations in preventing PONV.
