Spaliviero M et al. - A 71-year-old man with unilateral, Gleason score 7 (3 + 4), clinical Stage T1c prostate adenocarcinoma underwent bilateral nerve-sparing robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy. Surgical repair required small bowel resection and primary enteroenterostomy.
