Wang L et al. - Good continence recovery is expected in most patients undergoing RLRP. Patients with moderate to severe preexisting LUTS can expect early and clinically significant symptom and QOL improvements after RLRP. Patients with mild preexisting LUTS show significant symptom improvement at 1 year.
