Cai H et al. – Solid–pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) are rare neoplasms with malignant potential but excellent prognosis. Adequate surgical resection, including laparoscopic surgery, may therefore be performed safely and is associated with a long–term survival, even in invasive cases.
