Orthopedic Surgery - Orthopedic Surgeon OpportunityCentral WisconsinWe are looking for one board certified/board eligible orthopedic surgeon to join our multi-specialty group. This young and talented group is looking for a general orthopedic surgeon to join their dynamic group. The clinic is adjacent to the hospital. The hospital has 5 - 10 state-of-the-art OR suites, is licensed for 175+ beds, and has 3 MDA's and 8 CRNA's.Starting salaries are determined by training, specialty and experience, and are guaranteed for up to two years. In addition to the guaranteed salary, new physicians have the opportunity to earn a production bonus in addition to the salary.At the end of the guarantee period, a physician becomes a fully vested participant in our compensation distribution program. There are no buy-in requirements of any kind nor are there any seniority provisions. If you are the hardest working physician in your department, you will be the highest paid physician regardless of your employment tenure.
