Buonuomo PS et al. – Here, the authors present two cases of pediatric TA treated with infliximab, in which clinical remission was observed. Anti–TNF treatment represents a useful therapy in pediatric Takayasu arteritis too, especially to avoid the risk of long–term corticosteroids toxicity.
