Rajasekhar L et al. – Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem disease of autoimmune origin. Lymphedema is a very uncommon entity and has not been previously documented in SLE. The authors report lymphatic obstruction involving all four limbs as a cause of extremity edema in a patient with SLE.
