Martini G et al. – Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) is effective in arresting disease progression in severe or MTX-refractory JLS.
Methods- Retrospective chart review
- 10 patients with JLS who had been treated with MMF after failure of MTX and corticosteroids for at least 4 mos, or patients who had concomitant severe extracutaneous manifestations
- All MMF-treated patients had clinical improvement that allowed withdrawal or reduction of doses of corticosteroids and MTX
