- 36 HBV and 36 HBV pts; liver biopsy was performed for all
- Arthralgia 53–50%, myalgia 58–61% and fatigue 64–81% were detected in HBV and HCV groups in order
- All manifestations did not differ between groups
- Pain intensity was higher in HCV group
- Artralgia was associated with viral load of the pts in both groups
- Viral load and fatique were correlated in both groups
- A considerable relation between inflammation and artralgia and myalgia was noted
