Sinico RA et al. – Churg–Strauss angiitis or syndrome (CSA) is defined as an eosinophil-rich and granulomatous inflammation involving the respiratory tract, coupled with necrotising vasculitis affecting small- to medium-sized vessels, and is associated with asthma and eosinophilia.
