Hospital ancillary software vendor Mediware Information Systems Inc. posted a 53% gain in net income to $483,000 for its third quarter ended March 31. Revenue for the quarter grew nearly 4% to $10.2 million. For the first nine months of its fiscal year, Mediware’s net income rose 127% to just over $1 million, while revenue rose 28% to just over $30 million.
