Rihl M et al. – Study demonstrates that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) treatment led to a beneficial effect on xerostomia in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) who lack severe organ manifestations. The response was greater in α-fodrin-positive patients.
