- Respondents with primary outcome (non-fatal) MI data: 383 (65%) AS pts
- Calculation of MI prevalence in general population based on data from Netherlands Information Network of General Practice databases
- Overall prevalence for MI: 4.4% in AS pts vs 1.2% in general population
