Chewoolkar V et al. - The authors report a case of a 46-year-old-man with a 25-year history of plaque psoriasis admitted with joint pain and rash. He was subsequently diagnosed as having psoriatic arthritis and leucocytoclastic vasculitis with positive ANCA and was treated with methotrexate and corticosteroids.
