Grodzka D et al. - In this paper a patient with suspected CSS is described. Further clinical observation and a complicated differential diagnostic process excluded HES and finally confirmed CEL. All of the diagnostic process and its difficulties are presented. The differences between the above-mentioned diseases, especially considering HES and CEL, are specified. They are still a subject of controversy among authorities and professionals.
