Ye Y et al. – The authors conclude that the time–resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) they developed for anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) IgG detection gives promise to a more sensitive and reliable diagnosis of APS and has potential value for large–scale screening programs.
