Cho MJ et al. – The present case, however, was detected on fetal echocardiography. The patient showed significant mitral regurgitation caused by the compression of the left atrioventricular groove. Simple aneurysmectomy without mitral valvuloplasty was sufficient to relieve significant mitral regurgitation in this case.
