Choudhary S et al. – The growing teratoma syndrome is an uncommon complication reported in patients treated for immature teratomas. The monodermal teratomas which include the struma ovarii may also have specific imaging characteristics that should be recognised on imaging. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review describing the spectrum of imaging findings of these ovarian tumours and associated complications
