Sharma R et al. – The volume of seroma changes significantly during WBRT. Consequently, the accuracy of breast boost planning is likely affected, as is the volume of normal breast tissue irradiated. CT–based boost planning before boost irradiation is suggested to ensure appropriate coverage.
