Okumura A et al. - Preterm infants with athetotic cerebral palsy showed rather homogeneous features, similar to term infants with kernicterus, with marked hyperbilirubinemia. This combination of clinical, laboratory, neuroimaging, and neurophysiological data will contribute to the increased recognition of preterm infants with kernicterus.
