Duigenan S et al. – Imaging plays a vital role in detection and characterization of multifocal liver lesions in children. Numerous causes for these lesions exist, including benign and malignant neoplasms, infectious lesions, and congenital and inflammatory conditions. The imaging spectrum of multifocal liver lesions in children is presented with emphasis on key imaging features, differential diagnoses and helpful relevant clinical features.
